| ORAL:ADVANCED OVARIAN CANCER:0.2mg/kg/day for 5 days. repeated every 4-5 weeks.
OTHER INDICATIONS:6mg/day as single dose, adjusted according to weekly blood counts. After 2-3 weeks discontinue for 4 weeks and start maintenance dose of 2mg/day.
IV:OTHER INDICATIONS:16mg/m2 as Infsn. over 15-20 minutes. repeat at 2 week intervals for 4 doses followed by 4 week intervals. |
